Billboard Insider reader Lou Heller of Momentum Properties called our attention to an out of home takeover of the Randy’s Donuts sign in Los Angeles.  Randy’s has iconic donut signs on top of two California stores.  An article describing a Randy’s donut sign on top of the company’s Costa Mesa store says the donut is made out of fiberglass, weigh 15,000 pounds and cost $150,000.  WOW Media and Randy’s Donuts signed an advertising agreement for the 32 foot tall sign on top of the Randy’s Donut store near the Manchester Boulevard off ramp of I-405 in Inglewood. The sign is running a promotion for the Ghostbusters movie.
