Swiftmile Runs Center for Missing Children Campaign

Since 1984, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) has served as a national non-profit for combating the dangers children face. In 2021, NCMEC assisted with more than 27,000 missing child cases and received more than 29 million reports of suspected child sexual exploitation.

Looking forward, NCMEC has teamed up with Swiftmile to spread awareness for missing youth in the Miami area. NCMEC hopes to use Swiftmile’s digital-out-of-home screens to bring awareness to the community by displaying the names and portraits of missing youth to the public. As part of Swiftmile’s commitment to the city of Miami, MPA, and Brightline trains in-between ads and transit data Swiftmile will be presenting information on local children who have gone missing.

“We’re thrilled to launch this new partnership with Swiftmile in Miami,” said Callahan Walsh, executive director of NCMEC’s Florida Regional Office. “We know photos are the most important tool in the search for missing children, and we’re constantly looking for innovative ways to get these images in front of the public. We can’t wait to see the impact that Swiftmile’s extensive network of digital screens will have for Miami’s missing children.”
