In celebration of the NBA Finals, ESPN partnered with Colossal to bring murals that highlight basketball legends to the streets of LA and New York. The concept and artwork were developed by Arts & Letters Creative Co.

Amongst the legends is a silhouette, left in the center, as fans await the crowning of the next NBA Finals legend. After the Game 6 close out win last night, the Colossal team returns to the mural today to paint in the silhouette as the Milwaukee Bucks solidified themselves as the NBA Finals Champions.

Along with the murals, Colossal’s Content Studio produced an epic teaser video that includes ESPN archive footage and the hand painted mural process building upon the anticipation of the Finals. ESPN has used the footage across their social platforms: ESPN IG Post , ESPN Facebook Post and ESPN Twitter Post

What began as an invitation for two cities to share the excitement of the NBA Finals, quickly earned a widespread audience.
