How does the Quail Outdoor acquisition makes sense for your existing New Mexico footprint?

Lindmark had been in discussions with Quail for several years, and the parties were finally able to put together a deal.  Quail has good coverage in areas in which we already had market dominance, so the acquisition of Quail simply allows us to provide additional inventory to our advertisers.

How many faces do you have in New Mexico?  Is there much opportunity for digital in the state?

Lindmark has approximately thirteen hundred (1,300) faces in New Mexico, thirteen (13) of which are digital and another four (4) which will soon be digital.  With the four (4) additional digital faces, we feel we will have ample digital coverage for some time.

We know that you have structures around the Tulsa market.  Does the Griffin acquisition put you into the Tulsa city limits?

Yes, all of the Griffin faces are either within Tulsa’s or Broken Arrow’s city limits.

Has the strong acquisition market changed your strategy in how you are approaching buy-side opportunities?

Lindmark maintains a fairly regimented approach to acquisitions.  Due to potential synergies, our approach depends on where the potential seller’s assets lie, whether within Lindmark’s existing footprint or an expansion of such footprint.  While we are currently focused on acquisitions within our footprint and immediate surrounds, we are more than happy to consider possible acquisitions well outside same, depending on whether such possibilities check certain boxes for us.
