- Digital Billboard Manufacturers. The digital sign manufacturers want you to succeed. They have in-house experts who can help you sell. Ask your digital billboard sales rep to put you in touch with someone who can help you to learn how to sell a digital billboard.
- Visit the OAAA Sales Tools page for sales tips, market data, product category spending and media comparisons. Sales tips are open to members only, but the other data is public. The OAAA also conducts industry research which can help you sell out of home.
- Solomon Partners publishes Media Monthly. The report contains a chart comparing the CPM of out of home versus the CPM of other forms of advertising. The chart is helpful when you are explaining the value of out of home to advertisers.
- SellerCrowd is an online community for media and ad-tech sales people. There’s an OOH forum where you can chat anonymously with other media sales reps. Here’s a sample of questions:
